We lived on 15 acres for many years, a farmlette in comparison to the sprawling countryside a ranch envelops but the feeling I got from the sounds of our handful of horses and cattle, the smell of freshly cut hay and having some real live cowboys as neighbours?? it definitely sparked my imagination. Hence ‘Daisy on the Ranch’.
